Centre for Surgical Invention and Innovation (CSii) - Robotics Competition

Ten finalists from entries in each of the categories, university/college and high school, will be selected for their innovations at the Robotics & Innovation Showcase.

The finalists will be judged by a distinguished panel of experts who will award prizes to the top three innovations in each category.

The Robotics and Innovation Competition has been designed to provide students from Canadian high schools and universities with the opportunity to challenge their creativity, vision and scientific knowledge to create a working robot that has the potential for commercialization.

Centre for Surgical Invention and Innovation (CSii) strongly feels that students who have a desire to compete in the Robotics Competition should not be excluded because they are unable to purchase the supplies needs to construct their project.

CSii will provide a limited number of grants of up to $500.00 for projects to support funding requirements for robot designs.
